 I have been supporting St. Jude since it was our Philantrophy at Delta Delta Delta in college.

St. Jude is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

Our researchers and doctors work together to turn laboratory breakthroughs into lifesaving treatments for children from across the United States and around the world.

I'm hosting an amazing fundraising event for the American Cancer Society and I need your support! The American Cancer Society’s mission is to save lives, celebrate lives, and lead the fight for a world without cancer.

 Join me in supporting Foster Love and their mission to transform the lives of children in Foster Care! Together, we can make a difference by fundraising for the Superhero Box Initiative. Did you know that there are over 400,000 children in foster care right now? Shockingly, 1 in 4 of these children experience PTSD, just like war veterans. But we can change that! With your help, we can provide foster youth with a Superhero Box filled with awesome goodies. 

 As a High School PE Teacher, I learned that there are many students in the Foster care system. Beyond that, many are unhoused. San Jose, ESUHSD where I am currently subbing the most, has a very high population of unhoused students. This greatly affects not only quality of life, but their ability to participate in their own education to be able to move forward. This is heartbreaking and I want to be able to do whatever I can to support our youth.
